I architect the experience behind the business.

Customer Experience Business Operations Money

Mocha Washington

For established service businesses that have grown past the way they’re currently operating. I look at what your customers are experiencing, what keeps landing back on you, and where the business is losing time, trust, or money. Then we build a better way for all of it to work together.

Your business can be good and still need a better way to work.

You can be booked. You can be getting results. You can be making money. And you can still know that too much of the experience depends on you personally touching it.

That’s usually the part I notice first. The client gets the result. The business gets through it. But somebody had to remember every detail, answer every question, move every handoff, and make sure nothing fell through. Most of the time, that somebody is you.

I’m interested in the part that keeps working when you’re in a client meeting, taking the day off, growing the team, or simply doing the actual work you get paid to do.

Let’s look at what’s really happening

How much of the business still works because you remember?

01You know who needs a follow-up.
02You know what happens after somebody pays.
03You know which client is waiting on an answer.
04You know where the file lives.
05You know when it’s time to ask for the testimonial, the referral, or the next sale.

If the business only knows because you know, that’s the thing we’re fixing.

What I actually look at

I look at the customer, the business, and the money. Because all three are connected.

Before I talk about software, automation, portals, CRMs, or whatever tool is popular this week, I need to understand what’s actually happening in the experience.

Once we can see that clearly, then we talk systems. Sometimes the answer is an automation. Sometimes it’s a cleaner workflow. Sometimes it’s a portal, a better handoff, a different email, or somebody on the team finally owning the thing. The tech comes after we understand the experience.

Customer

What are they seeing, feeling, waiting on, questioning, or needing next? Where do they feel clear? Where do they start wondering what’s going on?

Business

What has to happen behind the scenes? Who owns it? What keeps coming back to you? What depends on somebody remembering?

Money

Where is the experience affecting the sale, the payment, the repeat business, the referral, the time it takes to deliver, or the revenue you keep missing?

  • What happens right after somebody pays you
  • What a client sees while the work is being done
  • Where files, updates, approvals, and next steps actually live
  • What your team knows without asking you first
  • What happens when a lead is interested and isn’t ready to buy yet
  • How follow-up happens after delivery
  • When the business asks for the testimonial, referral, renewal, or next opportunity

This is the part I care about

Did the experience actually feel better on the other side?

A system can be beautiful and still make people work too hard. I care about whether the client feels clear, whether the owner can breathe, whether the team knows what to do, and whether the business can actually hold the standard it’s selling.

Make It Happen

If you’re looking at your business thinking, ‘I know this could work better,’ that’s enough.

Bring me the situation. Tell me what keeps happening, what keeps landing back on you, or where the experience just isn’t matching the level of the business anymore.
