Effective October 10, 2026
Mogul to Mogul Consulting, LLC · Detroit, Michigan
This policy covers mochathemogul.com, including the shop at mochathemogul.com/shop and the booking pages at mochathemogul.com/book.
What we collect
- When you get something from the shop: your name and email, what you got, and your progress in any course. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you book a call: your name, email, time zone, the time you picked, your phone number if you give it, whether you said it’s OK to text you, and your answers to any questions on the booking form.
- When you visit the site: page views counted by Independent Analytics, which runs on this site and doesn’t send your visit to anyone else.
- If you leave a comment: what you write, your name and email. Akismet and Antispam Bee check comments for spam.
How we use it
- To give you what you signed up for or bought, and to let you sign in to your library.
- To set up your call: a Zoom meeting, a confirmation email with a calendar file, and reminders before the call.
- To text you about your booking, only if you said that’s OK.
- To send emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments.
- Brevo delivers our emails.
- Zoom hosts our calls. Your name and the call time go into the meeting.
- Google Calendar holds Mocha’s own calendar. When you book, the call is added to it with your name, email, phone and answers, so Mocha has them at the call.
- Our web host stores the site and its data.
Google Calendar
Mogul Scheduler connects to Mocha Washington’s own Google Calendar. It reads when she’s busy so the booking page only offers open times, and it adds, moves and removes the calls booked through this site. It doesn’t read the details of her other events, and it doesn’t connect to anyone else’s Google account.
Mogul Scheduler’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google is used only to run the booking calendar on this site. It isn’t sold, used for advertising, or read by people, except Mocha seeing her own calendar.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in and to make the shop work. Independent Analytics doesn’t use cookies to track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchases while you have access to what you got. We keep booking details for as long as we work together, and for our business records after that.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mocha@mochathemogul.com and we’ll take care of it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
