Multi-Experience Build · Starting at $5,000

More people are moving through your business now. The experience needs to work for them too.

Maybe you started with one service and a pretty straightforward client process. Now you've got team members, contractors, different programs or different types of clients, and everybody needs something from the business to do their part.

But they don't all need the same information or access. Your clients need to know what's next. Your team needs to know what they're responsible for. And you need to see what's going on without everybody coming back to you for every little thing.

That's what I design and build in a Multi-Experience Build. Projects start at $5,000 and are scoped around the people, roles, programs, systems and integrations involved. You don't need to know the architecture before reaching out.

The real difference

We're looking at more than what the client sees.

When different people are responsible for different parts of the experience, I wanna know how they're actually supposed to work together.

01What does the client need to see, receive or do?
02What does the team need to know to deliver on that?
03What should a contractor be allowed to access?
04How do different programs share information without becoming their own little islands?
05Who owns the next step when work changes hands?
06What keeps getting lost or coming right back to the owner?

Because sometimes the clients are happy while everybody behind the scenes is doing the absolute most to keep it that way.

What can be connected

We build around the actual people and experiences in your business.

Depending on what you need, that might mean a client portal, a place for your team to manage delivery, different views for leadership or access specifically for contractors and program participants.

More layers. More visibility.

Different people need different things from the same business.

A client checking on a project shouldn't have to use the same view as the person delivering it. And the person managing the team may need a completely different way to see what's happening.

The right information, access and responsibilities for each person.

These examples show how the different parts of one business can work together without everybody having to use the same exact experience.

The process

First I need to understand the business. Then we decide what to build.

01

Map

We look at the client journey and what happens behind it. Who's involved, what do they use, and where does information or work keep getting stuck?

02

Architect

Then I design how the experiences need to connect, including responsibilities, access, communication, automation and the decisions that still need a person.

03

Build

We build the agreed portals, dashboards, workflows, forms, integrations and other pieces your business actually needs.

04

Test + Launch

We test how the experiences work together, walk the people using it through their setup, and support the transition into the business.

What you walk away with

A setup that supports the people doing the work too.

Depending on the approved scope, your build can include:

  • Experience strategy and operations architecture
  • Connected portals, dashboards and workflows
  • Roles, permissions and ownership structure
  • Automations and cross-team handoffs
  • Client, team, contractor, leadership or program environments
  • Forms, communication and agreed integrations
  • Documentation and training
  • 30 days of launch support

I'm not trying to put everybody in one giant system where they can see everything. I want each person to have what they actually need while the business stays connected behind the scenes.

How I architect the build

I look at the customer, the business AND the money.

01

Customer

What are they seeing, feeling, waiting on or having to ask about from first contact through delivery?

02

Business

Who owns what? What does the team need? Where is information getting stuck, and what keeps coming back to you?

03

Money

Where could the experience be affecting follow-up, payment, retention, repeat business, delivery costs or opportunities you're missing?

I look at all three because the experience has to work for the people buying from you AND the people responsible for delivering it.

Which build fits?

It depends on who needs to use the setup and how the business operates.

Make It Happen

You've got more people and moving parts. Let's look at how it all needs to work together.

Tell me who's involved, what each person needs to do, and where things are getting complicated. You don't have to know which portals, systems or automations you need before reaching out. I want to understand how the business actually works before we decide what needs to be built.

Multi-Experience Builds start at $5,000 and are custom scoped. Use the request form to tell me a little about your business and what you're trying to make happen.
